little space loud toilet
The staff were pleasant near train stations. I appreciated that.
My queen size standard room was quite small with little space for storing things. Car noise was audible from the room even though it was on the 20th floor. The toilet made A LOT of noise. How annoying. I was not impressed.

Really good stay!
smooth check-in early bag helpful staff accommodating service
The check-in was seamless. My luggage was delivered to my room. I appreciated that i could leave my bag early. I was very happy to find it already in the room upon my return. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I felt at home.
The restaurant didn't offer many vegetarian dinner options. I found limited choices, and had to find something outside.

The hotel is situated in a PLEASANT area. It is conveniently close to Shimbashi. Public transportation is just a few minutes' walk away. There is a lively shopping district, so it offers easy access without the overwhelming crowds.

Really good Ginza Location and Great Views
ginza location tower view clean room
The location in Ginza is really good. I could easily access shopping, dining, and the JR lines. My room had a Tokyo Tower view from the bath, very nice. I also used the limousine bus stop right in front of the hotel to get to the airport. The room was spacious and super clean.
The room was very small, and the bed was pushed against the wall, so getting out was hard. There was no place to sit besides the bed. Staff members were polite. not all were proficient in English. It was difficult to understand some instructions.

The lobby is on the 16th floor, and it has a resting area with a view of the city. There are also vending machines for drinks. The hotel is located near convenience stores like 7-Eleven and Lawson.

Breakfast had enough choices and variety. I found it adequate to start my day. The hotel restaurant provides nice options, but a café on-site would add another layer of convenience for quick bites and beverages.

The staff were eager to assist me, and the service was prompt. The complimentary drinks in the fridge were a thoughtful touch and were replenished daily. The hotel held our luggage after checkout.

Excellent location and views
lovely view nice room great view
The reception is located on the 16th floor. I noticed a Lovely view of the tokyo tower from there. My room was very nice and also had a great view. It was also very close to the station and basically at the beginning of the ginza main shopping avenue.
We booked a Queen room. It was tiny. It lacked space for luggage storage. There was minimal clothes storage. The room lacked even hooks to hang the bath robes.

The hotel has easy access to Tsukiji market and Ginza sites. Everything is easily accessible. The hotel sits near a few transport lines, which are easily navigable. A calm park sits near the hotel.

My room offered a beautiful view. The comfortable pillows and beds ensured a good night's sleep. The room was also SUPER clean and well equipped with necessary amenities. I enjoyed my stay.
